Jason R - Solo Pianist

Jason’s musical career began at the age of four, when his father placed him behind an impossibly large piano which was on display in Singapore Changi Airport. He’s not missed a beat since, making every musical performance an opportunity to grow and further his musical journey. Now a busy multi-instrumentalist based in London, Jason has performed in the country’s most prestigious jazz venues, including Ronnie Scott’s, Pizza Express Jazz Club, and The 606 Club.

Equally at home at the piano, on the double bass, conducting / MD work, producing, or singing (classically trained Tenor and qualified vocal coach), Jason’s musicianship has taken him on tours across the USA, Canada, China, Europe and all over the UK. His repertoire encompasses Pop, Rock, Motown, Classical, West End / Broadway shows, and his first love, Jazz. Jason takes particular delight in re-working current chart hits in his distinctive style, and always enjoys meeting listeners, hearing their stories, and the challenge of playing their requests.
